Holwell Sports BC v Oakham BC

The Thursday team’s away match this week was against Holwell and was played on five rinks over eighteen ends. Although Oakham only won on two rinks and drew on a third they managed a narrow win with 85 shots to their Host’s 80 shots.

Leicester BC v Oakham BC

Leicester Bowling Club was the venue for the Saturday Team’s away match. Played as a Rinks match over eighteen ends there was a break for tea after nine ends. Oakham won on two rinks but lost the match holding 55 shots to Leicester B C’s 62 shots.
